Baby Boomers Exercise Mistakes

Read this CNN report of 40 year old attorney trying to exercise the same as when he was 20. He gained lots of pain and injury and now knows what some of us also learned the hard way: we are not as young as we used to be and have got to slow down. And, the "No Pain--No Gain" teaching taught us years ago is a myth.

Aging can't be avoided but injuries can. Us older folk just need to exercise smarter, not harder. More than 1 MILLION injuries were reported by baby boomers in 1998.
