Whole Grains Help Elderly Hearts

I've seen many reports on healthy benefits from eating whole grain breads; dark rice; oatmeal, etc. Very Heart Healthy. Plus some other healthy advantages also. But, this is the first report I've read where researchers worked only with the elderly.

And this research left no doubt three servings daily of whole grains, etc, will help the elderly live longer and live better. More quanity and more quality of life is a worthy goal.
