Walk The Dog & Lose 14 lbs

Reuters reports another plus for pets. Especially having (and walking) a dog. Read about overweight people losing 14 lbs just in walking a dog over 12 month period. May not seem like much but that number beats a lot of diets people are always trying.!! Just 10 minutes a day, 3 times weekly to begin with. Then 20 minutes five days weekly.

This simple exercise also improved their flexibility, balance, and helped them feel much better about themselves. Plus, the dogs were healthier and happier too. What a positive thing.
